Ich gebe es lieber gleich zu: das aus der Headline schimmernde Angeberlatein habe ich mir nur ergoogelt. Und vermutlich würde sich Descartes im gallischen Grabe umdrehen, wenn er meine Verunstaltung seines Ausspruchs "cogito ergo sum" (= Ich denke, also bin ich) bemerken würde. Ich bin online, also bin ich.
Darum beginnt der Start ins Leben als "Freie" nicht mit der Produktion von Visitenkarten, Flyern und Briefpapier, sondern mit der Aktualisierung der Profile bei Xing, Facebook und Twitter - und eben mit der eigenen Website.
Habe ich mich noch vor einigen Jahren durch HTML-Codes und CSS-Formatierungen gequält, regiert dank einfach bedienbarer Website-Baukästen die Bequemlichkeit. Eine feine Sache, inklusive Blogfunktion.
Seit Anfang August gehöre ich übrigens wieder zu der Spezies "Freie",
nachdem ich über vier Jahre lang mit einigermaßen gutem Gewissen die Betreuung von Haus und Brut outgesourct habe. Angespornt durch die Zeugnisse meiner beiden Jungs habe ich mich zu diesem Schritt entschieden.
Dank einer stabilen DSL-Verbindung und unserer wunderbaren Haushaltshilfe, die mir das Hausfrauendasein weitgehend geräuschlos vom Hals hält, starte ich nun mit großer Freude in mein Leben als Freie. Libertas... ok, lieber schnell Schluss machen mit dem Latein....
